As originally published by The Hill, A conservative group says he is. Jeb Bush gave presumed Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton a lifetime achievement award on the eve of the anniversary of Benghazi.

ForAmerica, is a conservative group founded by Brent Bozell, the president of the Media Research Center and they just released a video of the event. Bozell feels the fact Bush gave Clinton the award he is unelectable.

Bozell said:

Anytime Jeb calls Hillary ‘Obama 2.0,’ any criticism he makes of her record as Secretary of State, any time he shows how much of an extremist she is on the issues, will be completely dismissed when she reminds everyone that he gave her an award for public service.

He went on to say:

Jeb has absolutely no credibility to criticize her because he has already anointed her as a great public servant; and he inexplicably did so almost a year to the day of the Benghazi massacre.

At the time Bush was the chairman of the National Constitution Center when he gave Clinton a lifetime achievement award for her public service and her work with women’s rights.

When presenting her with the award Bush says:

We are united by love of country and public service.

The event did indeed occur one night before the first anniversary of the Benghazi attacks and at the time was also considered to be controversial.
