After receiving widespread criticism for delivering a speech at the recent Iowa Freedom Summit in Des Moines, that many in the conservative media world perceived as being somewhat disorganized, Sarah Palin appeared on Hannity to discuss a possible run for President in 2016, as well as defend her speech.
Palin told Hannity that she, as well as the rest of the “deep bench” of potential Republican candidates are considering a run in 2016, but it was too early to actually makes the decision to run.Palin, who pointed out that she already has a small team in place- team that would expand if she decided to move forward with a run-also said that her decision to run would be based on receiving her family’s blessing, but more importantly, leaving it all in “God’s hand.”
As far as her speech, Palin focused on the substance of her address, and not the delivery. According to Palin, the teleprompter failed, as it did back in 2008.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
I was there in Iowa, and while Palin did came across as someone who was just winging a speech, the message of that speech was understood and well received by the attendees to the event.
