If found, the person who left twin fetuses dead along a California highway should be shot, or at the very least, zapped in that state’s electric chair.

Authorities in San Diego County have confirmed that the two fetuses were found dead near a church, and that a man who found the babies, thought at first that they were dolls wrapped in a blanket.

Paramedics confirmed that the two fetuses were dead. Homicide detectives are investigating.

Sheriff’s Lt. John Maryon says the fetuses were well-developed and appeared to be five months along or older.
The cause of their death wasn’t immediately known. An autopsy is planned.
