GOP Hypocritically Accused Of Voter Suppression By Wasserman Schultz

Democrat Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has been on the political frontlines, pushing back against what she perceives to be voter suppression by Florida Governor Rick Scott.

Wasserman Schultz’s recent email petition sign up ask to supporters, accuses Scott of conducting an “illegal voter purge in Florida,” and accusing Republicans of cheating to win elections by suppressing voters in “Democratic strongholds,” which is code for heavily populated minority communities.

These people are willing to try anything — including closing polling places in Democratic strongholds — to keep themselves in office.”

It’s not hard to see what’s going on here. In 2012, Republicans lost the popular vote for the House of Representatives by about a million votes. Now, in the midterms, they’re trying to suppress the Democratic vote because they know that they can’t win in a fair fight.

The Congresswoman, with the support of many, many of her Democrat colleagues in Congress, along with their liberal base of activists, think that people alive or dead, legal immigrants or not, should not have to show proper picture identification to vote in the United States.

Democrats believe that voter suppression is mandating Americans to identify themselves as legal U.S, citizens and voters.

But how rich is the Democrat hypocrisy on this issue, when just a few years back at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, Democrats demanded that attendees to the shindig present photo ID.

From the listening to Democrats cry foul on just about anything related to the upcoming 2014 mid-term elections, as well as their desperate attempt to defend the un-Affordable Healthcare Act, Democrats may not want to get out of bed the morning after the election.
