Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush spoke at Broward Workshop business breakfast this Friday, talking up his controversial Common Core education standards, and revisiting his amnesty-lite position on immigration reform. Unfortunately, I forgot about the event and had to be reminded of it by Amy Sherman of the Miami Herald, just as I was walked out the door to the gym.
So, sp0rting my Nike sneakers and Soccer shorts to accompany my “Chester-like” track jacket and camoflage NRA baseball hat, I arrived to the event late, only catching the very last moments of Bush’s remarks.But have no fear, my amigo at the Miami Herald, Marc “I Love Ultimate Frisbee” Caputo, kept me up to speed with tweets of Bush’s immigration remarks. For whatever reason, Marc too issue with my ensemble. Hater.

After the event, Bush ducked the Press, who was parked at every exit. We were baffled that he got away so quickly.
