Florida Governor Rick Scott has just released his first re-election campaign ad of the 2014 election season, which showcases a softer, more familiar side of Rick Scott. On a conference call with reporters, Scott’s campaign chairman, Senator John Thrasher, said that the $2.2 million ad buy gives a “personal passion” of Scott’s family background, and his upbringing.
