Democratic Congressional candidate, Alex Sink, may just have “sunk” her campaign when she stated that Americans working fewer hours, as a result of the Obamacare, was an “exciting prospect.”
Sink, who is trying to convince voters that she is a ‘centrist,’ echoed Democrat House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi’s statement that the 2 million workers the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) says will lose their jobs, as a result of Obamacare, would just be escaping a “job-lock.”Here is Pelosi’s full remark:
“Yesterday, the CBO projected that by 2021, the Affordable Care Act will enable more than 2 million workers to escape ‘job-lock’ — the situation where workers remain tied to employers for access to health insurance benefits.”-Rep. Nancy Pelosi
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
Here is Sink’s remark:
Same talking point? I thinks so.“I’ve had so many people express to me, boy Alex, I would love to start a business, or I’d love to change jobs, but I can’t because I’ve got good health insurance at my workplace now and I’m stuck in a dead end job, and I’m not very happy in it, but I have to stay in it.-Alex Sink
Sink made the comment in an interview with the Tampa Bay Times, solidifying her candidacy as being in line with the liberal wing of the Democratic Party, and her staunch support for the unpopular and jobs-killing Obamacare healthcare law.
Obamacare has already costs millions of Americans their health coverage, and according to the latest Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report, 2.5 million Americans stand to lose their jobs over the next several years.
Apparently Sink believes that the millions of jobs that will be lost as a result of Obamacare, is especially good for “young people,” who are having trouble finding meaningful work,” because Obamacare would “free up some jobs” for some of them to take.
Simple truth. If congressional candidate Alex Sink wins the upcoming special congressional election, she will be in lock-step with Nancy Pelosi’s liberal views, and will most likely vote along the same lines as Pelosi, Wasserman Schultz, and the rest of the House Democrats who believe and support Obamacare.Something tells me that Republican David Jolly is going to pounce on this priceless gift Sink just gave him.
