First he was for a “piece meal” approach to immigration reform, then he was for a comprehensive approach, when he co-sponsored the “Gang of Ocho” amnesty immigration bill, and now he is back to supporting the “piece meal” approach to immigration reform, whichthe House of Representatives is said to be considering.Senator Rubio’s position on immigration reform sounds more like the current Charlie Crist position on abortion, or any one of his other issues, for that matter.
Now that Rubio seems to be back on the right track with immigration reform, will activists look the other way, and judge him on his other-than-immigration conservative positions? Maybe.

Aside from the immigration issue, Rubio is a conservative hawk, who ranks up there with the squadron of “whacko birds,” Senators Mike Lee, Rand Paul and Ted Cruz, who are giving liberal Republican and Democratic Senators fits in the U.S. Senate.
Ok, let’s try, at least for a minute, to put aside the anger towards Rubio for backing the Senate comprehensive immigration reform bill, so that we can best gauge how Americans feel about his other positions.
