Orlando, Florida- An Osceola judge has scolded an inmate, Jorge Garcia for grabbing himself  during his court arraignment.

 Is there something in Florida water that is making criminals made complete asses of themselves when they appear before a judge? A couple months, a young girl, who was also appearing before a judge Miami-Dade to face arraignment, casually flipped the judge the bird.
