by Javier ManjarresPresident Barack Obama has launched an ‘all out’ assault to promote his latest endeavor, the ‘American Jobs Act’. In hopes to bolster support for his new jobs plan, the President sent down David Hinson, the National Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency to the annual United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce meeting in Miami Beach, Florida.
After Mr. Hinson addressed the crowd of Hispanic business leaders and owners, Hinson ducked out of the limelight and sat down to discuss the President’s past stimulus plan in addition to the ‘jobs plan’ we was sent down to help promote.
“It worked very well”-David Hinson, on President Obama’s original $787 billion stimulus plan
Hinson stated that the original $787 billion Stimulus Plan President Obama first pushed in 2009 was a success and then added that the President’s newest proposal of an additional stimulus of $447 billion, will create jobs “not tomorrow, not next week, but today.”
