The Hillsborough Republican Executive Committee and its chairwoman Debbie Cox Rousch recently featured Congressman Allen West as the keynote speaker at one of their traditional ‘Summers Dinners’ in Plant City, Florida. During his address, Congressman West did not disappoint the attendees who went to the dinner intrigued about the buzz surrounding West and his rising national profile.
West spoke on a number of topics and shed light on the current debt-ceiling impasse in Congress and how these decisions will affect all Americans. One of the topics West elaborated on is the popular misconception of the “separation of church and state”, and West provided some interesting insight into the matter in the video below.
