Mark Foley reportedly will be disclosing his future political plans this evening on his “Foley on Politics” radio show, airing live tonight at 6:30 PM on WSVU 960 AM (internet stream is also available). The speculation is that Foley will be announcing his return to politics by declaring his candidacy for the Mayoralty of West Palm Beach, an office currently held by Democrat Lois Frankel. Last time we heard from Foley, he indicated that a return to Congress was not out of the question, as he has “never closed a door that I wasn’t able to re-open.”
*UPDATE*- Mark Foley has decided that he will not run for Mayor of West Palm Beach in 2011.
