Democrat Joe Garcia: “We got luck that we had Independent Charlie”
Democrat Joe Garcia, who lost his Congressional race against Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart in CD 25 last election cycle, has decided to give it another run. Garcia will face a primary election before he can challenge the Republican nominee in the November General election.
At the moment, Florida Legislature and Miami-Dade GOP boss David Rivera is the clear front runner in the Republican primary race, and should cruise right through to the General election.
I overheard Mr. Garcia making a fiery statement to a local spanish language TV station that he thought GOP Boss David Rivera was an extremist. By the time I got to ask Garcia some questions, Garcia changed his demeanor and became a little uncomfortable. He seemed very guarded and unsettled in his answering of my questions. As you watch the video, Garcia’s facial expressions and wandering eye make him come across as just that-unsettled. I do thank Mr. Garcia for being a stand up guy by allowing me to question him on some issues.
It is interesting to hear Garcia state that he will offer independent leadership, when he openly supports the leftist agenda of the Obama administration. Is Joe Garcia pandering to the Independent vote? No, say it aint’ so Joe.
