I caught up with Former Congressman E. Clay Shaw at an Allen West for Congressevent and asked him if he would support Governor Crist over Marco Rubio, if Crist were to run as an Independent. Remember, Congressman Shaw is a long time supporter of Governor Crist, and he was on the Governor’s short list of potential appointees to the U.S. Senate seat that was vacated by Senator Martinez . As we all know, Crist somewhat dubiously appointed his long time friend and advisor George LeMieux to the position.
