After months of jabbing at North Korea’s “rocket man” over his empty military and nuclear threats against American and its allies, President Trump concluded that he would in fact take up Kim Jung Un’s offer for the two leaders to sit down and play nice with one another.
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that the decision was made by the president after the North Korean’s talked about “denuclearization” with the South Koreans during a recent meeting between the two nations. But as he always does, President Trump announced the news of the upcoming meeting with Jung Un via Twitter, stating that all sanctions will remain in place “until an agreement is reached.”
Remember, former President Bill Clinton reached an accord with the North Koreans back in the mid-90’s, and look how that turned out, so it is anyone’s guess how this meeting will go.
Do you think the 2nd Amendment will be destroyed by the Biden Administration?(2)
It goes without saying that Jung Un is not trustworthy.
Kim Jong Un talked about denuclearization with the South Korean Representatives, not just a freeze. Also, no missile testing by North Korea during this period of time. Great progress being made but sanctions will remain until an agreement is reached. Meeting being planned!
