RPOF to Expel Shark Tank From Committee

by Javier Manjarres

Yesterday, the Republican Party of Florida’s (RPOF) Grievance Committee agreed to expel yours truly from my position of Alternate Committeeman of the Broward REC. I have confirmed with the RPOF that the expulsion will be for a term of (2) years.  What is most unethical about this disciplinary action is that the confidential decision had not even been penned for recommendation to the Chairman but was prematurely leaked by one of the (7) members of the Grievance committee to supporters of (most likely) Broward REC Chairman Richard DeNapoli, who then took it upon themselves to post the decision in the comments section of one of the Shark Tank’s prior posts.

The RPOF also acknowledged that Richard DeNapoli had called to find out the committees’ findings, raising their suspicion that he was person that the meeting’s decision was leaked to.

This incident speaks volumes as to how far the RPOF has declined during the past six months- these were the first months of  the new leadership whose responsibility it was to repair the damage done by former Chairman Jim Greer.  It was also unfortunate to bear witness to the biased judgments and aspersions that were leveled against me at the Grievance Committee meeting by the Chairman of the Committee, R.B. Davis. Davis showed a lack of respect with his conduct towards myself, and it brings to question the former Judge’s character and lack of integrity. Former Judge Davis should be removed of his position as Chairman of the Grievance Committee because he has proven that he cannot be impartial in matters before the committee.

It is also very curious that the RPOF decided to part ways with me and The Shark Tank blog because I felt compelled and obligated to call out Chairman DeNapoli for his questionable ethics and the divisive pariah that he is- a problem the RPOF was aware of, but did nothing to address. I make no apologies, and I stand by my every word.

It seems as if the RPOF has not changed its stripes since the days of Greer, and they seem much more preoccupied with the perception of the Party in the public eye. They would much rather let the Charlie Crist Republican and Greer-esque Chairman DeNapoli continue to intimidate and threaten fellow committeemen than sanction him for his antics simply to prevent any further embarrassment for  the party.

We have all seen this same sad story play out before, as the State Republican party turned the other way and let former RPOF Chairman Greer run the party into the ground,  embarrassing both the state and national parties. Do they not learn from their mistakes?

Furthermore, I am withdrawing any and all future support to the RPOF, including the support that I offered and was accepted by the Party for the Presidency 5 event in September. It would be hypocritical for me to support the RPOF after they have shown disregard for both the party and myself.  It has also come to my attention that the RPOF itself is possibly working  with Democrats to help run the media aspect of the Presidency 5 event.  Because this allegation has been substantiated to me, I also implore any and all conservative bloggers to reconsider  attending Presidency 5 until this allegation can be proven by the RPOF to be wrong.

When you say “working with Democrats to help run the media aspect of Presidency 5″, I do not know if you are right or wrong.

The media company that is handling Presidency 5 for RPOF also handles media for Barack Obama.

The question remains whether this media company can be impartial or will the RPOF get media coverage from a Democratic perspective.

Take a look at this company’s website. They highlight Obama. I am assuming Obama is one of their largest clients, much more important to their company than RPOF.

Can this company be impartial or will dollars rule?

  • Nita

While I am sympathetic to your personal situation, I do hope you will reconsider your decision on P5.

I believe sunlight is the best disinfectant, and the absence of bloggers will only further these shenanigans.

Same thing happened up here under Greer. Several members of the St Johns REC were expelled. Look them up…..could make for an interesting story. The “party purge” continues.

When we see the Tampa Bay Young Republican board of directors harass Conservative donors to the REC, RPOF and Republican Campaigns for asking questions about why Republican monies are being paid to Progressive Democrat Political Consultants & Bloggers, then there is a problem. They keep covering this up.

When we see how the REC’s and Young Republicans being controlled by these so called “Republican Political Consultants” who know about the monies being funneled to the bloggers and Democrats, then THAT is a problem.

When we see the Tampa Bay Young Republican board members tell Conservative donors to the party and campaigns to STOP supporting campaigns if the donors do not live in that voting district, then there is a problem. They are making money on the side left and right with NOT DISCLOSURE who is paying them and for what in these blogs, meetings, and in the Social Media. It has gotten so bad, that many people in the Party know about this occurring every day now. It is that common!

When we see the Tampa Bay Young Republican board members that tell Conservative Republican donors to the RPOF & REC to go away if they do not support NON-Conservative values or they will spread false rumors and ruin their reputation and business income where they clearly intend to cause financial harm, then THAT is a PROBLEM. That maybe could be “Extortion” as this is what they are doing. This is REALLY going on in Tampa Bay and nobody is stopping these people from ruining Conservative families lives and businesses.

When we hear the RPOF and REC leadership say that these Young Republicans who are also REC members, that this does not violate ANY levels of Ethics or Standard of Conduct, as they protect these individuals, then THAT is a problem.

The RPOF and REC have refused to even discuss this. After complaints were made, the Tampa Bay Young Republicans and “Progressive Republicans” increased the massive personal attacks on Conservative Republicans in order to cover up their money trails to Progressive Democrat bloggers and Consultants. Yes, this is really happening.

The REC, RPOF and State Young Republican Leadership must condemn these acts and speak out AGAINST Progressive Socialism as like President Reagan did for 50 years. The policy of the RPOF, REC and Young Republicans NOT to have leaders openly speak out and condemn Socialism is very wrong for our party. In fact, it is shameful and must be corrected today before this splits the RPOF in half.

While I think you generally do graet work and I am very proud that you received the CPAC Blogger of the Yaer Award, I do not think that focusing so much on the $4,000 contribution to Chip LaMarca was worthwhile. After all, we defeated the first militant Gay Mayor of Wilton Manors over corruption issues that were far more newsworthy than writing a $4,000 check to LaMarca.

Hope that you will someday return to BREC and wish you much success in going after Debbie Wasserman-Shultz and electing a GOP US Senator in 2012 to replace Bill Nelson

    Re: Javier..
In every organization..Democrat/Republican/Women’s Club or Ladies Aid (hehe) Seems EGOS/POWER get in the way with some people and seems those people NEED TO SHOW TO THE WORLD how really important they are.
It is too bad but it goes on EVERYWHERE not just in Florida.
There just are those certain types who can bring down any organization. It is sad!!

  • Deecal

    Congratulations Javier!
You should be proud that these self serving political operatives and manipulators barred you from affiliating with them for 2 years. Now you should take a long hot shower to remove any of the stench you may have picked up from them.
It took 4 paragraphs for you to get to the heart of the story, which tracks back to the cancer called Charlie Crist and his cronies.
I urge that you apply yourself to the maximum extent possible in exposing these bottom feeders and eventually we can take the republican party back – if there’s antyhing left to take back.
Again, congratulations – now take advantage of your new found freedom and independence to do what these slugs are most fearful of – exposing their duplicity and dishonesty.

This is why the RPOF is losing support to the Tea Party. Many conservatives who have been paying attention are disgusted at the revelations of last five years. Let them keep their gargbage up and they will soon be completely irrelevant in Florida politics. It’s their choice and they will have to accept the consequences.

  • Layla

I’d wager a good guess that most Tea Party members in Florida are former members of the RPOF.

Not many I know that this group seriously anymore. Ronal Reagan Clubs are springing up like weeds everywhere in an effort to get out from under the RPOF and create a more conservative voting block. They WILL succeed.

Not much has changed with new leadership.

  • Pirate55

While I would agree that based upon YOUR account there is some merit to further exam of the RPOF’s actions as to you, I do not believe it is in the best interest of us all, particularly conservatives to air any “laundry” until the entire process can be completed. I would submit that all EGOS need to be placed at the doorstep until after November, 2012. Make a loud protest to the RNC and report on this in your blog. Let’s air the laundry as to the future of this great country and as to whether it will retain that greatness. Who cares if the RPOF expels us all for the RPOF is not the focus, nor should it be. It is MERELY a vehicle to be used. The RPOF’s reputation continues to suffer enough both pre and post Jim Greer eras and the zoo has plenty of RINO’s, but again now is NOT the time to worry about the zookeepers. The country is far more important that that. That said, do what you NEED TO DO and let’s all move forward to defeat a President and an ideology of entitlement in both political parties. Trust me when I say it is far easier to accomplish from inside that outside.

Sunlight is not strong enough to cleanse the Impurities that infect Both the National parties. What we need is a Super concentrated Lazer Beam to surgically remove the parasitic Vermin that would destroy us. They are in a Bi-partisan cooperation to bring about the Pax Americana New world Order as envisioned by progressives for a hundred years; and ushered in with the election of Nixon and later the ping pong Presidendies of Bush/Clinton/Bush and now Oblabla which was supposed to be the Hitlery Clinton turn of the paddle. The nation and The people are in a political Black Hole that we are ill prepared to fend off, and we need to get up off our hands and come up swinging if we are to rescue ourselves from the muggers in suits.

“This incident speaks volumes as to how far the RPOF has declined during the past six months- these were the first months of the new leadership whose responsibility it was to repair the damage done by former Chairman Jim Greer.”

Just proves you can’t graft a healthy hand onto a gangrenous arm.

  • Comeuppance

I had hoped that Scott would have been able to create a more effective change in the RPOF by now. In the end it is what it is. No doubt they view the rejection of Charlie and the election of Scott over their boy Billy as mere anomalies. It is interesting though to see how truly blind they are to the nature of their somewhat precarious position.

I have not given one red cent to the GOP/RNC, or the RPOF since ’04. I have supported those candidates who espouse adherence to true Conservative values and given to Jim DeMint’s Senate Conservatives Fund. Money is the mothers milk of politics. Without that never ending flow of cash they will change or cease to exist. Either option suits me. The GOP/RNC and the RPOF are both bodies who loath conservatives as we are about upsetting the good old boy backslapping one hand washes the other politics as usual. The “My Good Friend Teddy Kennedy” type of “republical” politics.

I’ll be surprised it either the RPOF or their national big brother even wield power in another 10 years. I happened to be behind a Pickup one day loaded with caged dogs no doubt going to hunt some hogs. The tailgate had a very interesting message on it: “When the tail gate drops the Bu!! SH&^ Stops”. It’s past time for the tail gate to drop on the RPOF. Defund them. Stop the BS.

More appropriate would be the permanent expulsion of the worthless RPOF from ANY political dealings in Florida

I love how you folks love to invoke the Ronald Reagan image. For the record for those of you who steadfastly hold to the idea that government revenues should never be raised in any way shape or form, Reagan raised taxes (11) eleven times because he was relatively pragmatic and did not want to see the government become insolvent.
You’ve all been brainwashed by the right wing noise machine and think that you’re doing yourselves a favor when in reality if you’re not very wealthy, the tea party movement is not going to help you at all, only the wealthiest Americans will benefit from what your elected legislators are wanting to do.

  • Wise Old Fart

The fat lady hasn’t sung yet. If I were the Chairman of the RPOF, I would get directly involved with the concerned parties and work through this issue. PRONTO.
In case anybody’s watching, there’s a Presidential election coming up.

Feel free to forward this sage advice to the RPOF.

  • American Patriot, Republican & Proud

    @Pirate55

Pirate 55, we all tried for many years to keep all of this behind closed doors. That did not work for honest Republicans as the RINOS, Political Consultants, and Progressive Republicans covered up the issues then and they are trying to cover up the issues now.

I say NO MORE! It is time to have a LOT of Sunshine on our REC’s, Clubs, Young Republicans and the RPOF. The party has lost its way and it is impossible to clean this mess up without being very public and exposing these idiots. It is time to give them the boot. When the Congress and Government fail, the Gov will have a financial crash that will end up taking most of us down with it. NO MORE – NO MORE – NO MORE!

It is time to speak out and choose a side. A person is either for our Free American Republic and Constitution, and Against Socialism, or they are not. Silence is endorsement of Progressive Socialism. Choose a Side!

  • Pat

I have read with interest the comments here concerning the RPOF and while I abhor Jim Greer, Charlie Crist and the like, I have to agree with Pirate55 that we conservatives must keep our eye on the ball–the defeat of Obama and far left politicians nationwide. No organization will ever be perfect and the RPOF has certainly had its faults and still does. There are still too many RINOs within the Republican Party and the RPOF, but we must try to work from within. Broward county is not a typical county & BREC is not a typical REC. There are many conservatives across this state who are trying to change the RPOF. I urge you to join us. Support us in Presidency5 as we try to assure that the media aspect is fair and the conservative voice is heard. Presidency5 will be covered by the media with or without you. We need the voices of conservatives to be heard! Please, Javier, don’t let whatever went on in BREC or the RPOF distract you from the great job you have been doing in promoting conservatives like Allen West and Marco Rubio. The Presidential candidates will be attending Presidency5 and one of them must defeat Obama. We must all play a part in choosing the right one and whether we like it or not the RPOF will have some influence. It is in working through them as well as around them that we can have our greatest influence.

    Dear Rich,

Your Media Matters propaganda has several problems. When Reagan raised taxes, and the debt ceiling, DEMOCRATS promised cuts on a 2 to 1 ratio. The cuts didnt happen- they lied as is their usual MOP. Reagan went along on the promise that spending would be cut.

The economic situation of today is like this: This year’s national deficit $1.6 TRILLION.Do you know what that is? Reagan ran a deficit of what? You do not even know do you? Reagan grew the economy ten-fold plus- Can you say your left-wing Liberals grew any part of the economy in their 4 years of ramrodding both houses? Unemployment is 9.2 % today- with Liberal math under-scoring it by the very real 10%. of long-term U/E. How has Obama done in 2/1/2 plus years? Lets see, Obama ADDED 170,000 government jobs so far, Dems, and Obama have racked up more debt than all of the U.S. Congresses and admins over the last 40 years…. (in just the last 5 years,) combined! Ya tell us about those left-wing talking points again will ya Rich?

  • 1776Liberal

As a Conservative American first who believes in personal freedoms, a limited central government, and a broad interpretation of the 10th Amendment, I believe that the only reason many of us register in our county’s as Republican is so we can vote in primaries.

Of course we could register as a Dem, however that would be completely wasteful of a primary vote.

The acronym RPOF always reminds me of “ripoff” and that’s exactly what it is. It’s a ripoff
of whatever time, efforts or $ any conservative puts into supporting their RINO drones. The 2 big parties are corrupt and complicit in using fools like us who are dumb enough to believe in party and principle. Those 2 words together are quite the oxymoron. They pretend to oppose one another but are often all too similar in the shell game they sell us.
These arrogant, feckless wonders don’t think we rubes should really decide the fate of our
nation. They feel it’s best left up to phony, chardonnay sipping wusses in power lunches or the links of the local, overrated country club. They are stupid enough to ruin an election when they don’t get their way and lately, they haven’t been getting it.
Marco Rubio’s total disregard for their betrayal and process of making them irrelevant left the phonies infuriated. They’re still stinging from that defeat and don’t care if Yahoo Nelson wins again, which he well may if his opponents are Haridopolos or Lemieux. They also know it’ll be tougher this time around-Yahoo’s no Kendrick Meek and Hasner’s no Marco. Not a disrespect of Adam, just reality. We the conservative voters need to weed out the Greer remnants that cling to the party like dingleberries to a toilet rim. This is not new for the GOP, look at the disaster that was Steele for the RNC. It seems our party has a suicidal streak that’s fuleled by spinelessness, a low self image that compels them to go along to get liked or admired (which the Dems will never comply with) and lack of the nads to admit they’re libs instead of this squishy, non-commital pap they present. We are in dire times and the 2012 elections are pivotal. We must turn up the heat on these backstabbers. When you get any solicitation for $ from RPOF or any RINO, tell them to
“F” off and support true conservatives. Adam, if you’re reading this, you need to get your act together and prepare for a nasty election!

    Javier -

I really enjoy your site and what you are doing. You have the recognition and awards – and now the establishment desperation moves – to prove that you are making a difference. Congratulations.

Perhaps the Precinct Committee project posts from ColdWarrior over at RedState are the type of articles I think you could help spread on this site, as well as any other local “insights” that would help a newcomer like me navigate the Florida “Shark Tank”, so that everyone here can share in how we take back our RPOF – much like they did in Utah and are doing in other states. I have started to investigate, but am still learning how things work (or don’t work, in the case of Broward).

As a newly migrated Republican to south Florida, refugee from the liberal NorthEast, let me say that while some of what I see going on here dismays me – it is very familiar to where i came from in NJ. This disappointing part that in a much redder state than NJ, that the party is just as ineffective. Its a shame, because Florida has not fallen to the level of NJ – but clearly could, if people fail to appreciate what they have here, and what is required to fight. Believe me, it can get much worse. $15,000 year property taxes on a 2,000 sq ft home, almost 9% top income tax bracket – and still having lousy local schools. If you don’t fight, it can get much worse. I won’t move again – and the leftists will never stop anyway. We all have to draw a line somewhere and fight back, both in and for our party.

I wish you continued success in all efforts, and thanks for your dedication. As a newcomer, your site has been invaluable.

Mateo incorrectly reports “After all, we defeated the first militant Gay Mayor of Wilton Manors” LaMarca defeated the Mayor of Ft. Lauderdale not the Mayor or City Commissioner of the of Wilton Manors.

Deecal suggests Javier “exposing these bottom feeders and eventually we can take the republican party back” Regardless of how much I enjoy Javier’s informative commentaries and those of his readers one still wonders if there was any truth to the expose’ in the New Times about Javier possibly being a bottom feeder himself.

Pirate55 wisely suggests “I would submit that all EGOS need to be placed at the doorstep until after November, 2012.”

American Patriot, Republican & Proud suggests “It is time to speak out and choose a side.” Same “divide and conquer” techniques offered by the limo liberals to concerned Republicans and Independents in an attempt to assure that Obama easily go on to a second term in office.

Carols suggests “When you get any solicitation for $ from RPOF or any RINO, tell them to “F” off and support true conservatives. Adam, if you’re reading this, you need to get your act together and prepare for a nasty election!” Carlos, some would suggest that ‘ “F” off’ is not nasty at all especially if you plan to give Obama the Presidency.

Daniel says “..Lets see, Obama ADDED 170,000 government jobs so far, Dems, and Obama have racked up more debt than all of the U.S. Congresses and admins over the last 40 years…. (in just the last 5 years,) combined!…” A wise man speaks as the Neros play their lire.

Javier, Take your dismissal from BREC as a badge of honor. Keep blogging as you are doing. I quit BREC after being so dissapointed with the process. I prefer to be part of the Tea party movement and become an Independent than a Republican in Broward county. I hope BREC leadership wakes up soon!

  • Leonor

Javier, reconsider your decision. You are very informative, and keep us abreast of what is going on in the political world Do you need petitions? Do I get in touch with Sheela Venero? I know her. I’m a new member of BREC. I don’t like what is going on, specially with DeNapoli. He seems to be bi-partisan and arrogant about it!! I don’t agree with his views.

Stick it out!! Did they run you out? We don’t need these liberal Republicans to oust the ones who expose them to the light. Don’t give up. This is what they want. It seems as though the forger judge is in agreement with DeNapoli

  • Mike Henry

    THIS BETTER NOT HAPPEN ! ! ! ! ! ! I WILL BRING UP CHARGES AGAINST DENAPOLI

  • Wow, The Truth Emerges

All the criticism of the RPOF is absolutely accurate and well founded. The RPOF and their handpicked Tallahassee puppets are nothing but Socialists. Everything else is window dressing to fool the fools who never check performance against promise. The Tallahassee Republicans have laid out the red carpet for U.N. World Socialism Agenda 21 (of which Sun Rail is a component) and for complete capitulation to the Federal U.N. Socialist education program, most recently with the jamming of Common Core Standards for Curriculum into every county in the State.

As for you Javier, is serves you right that your apparent last minute attempt to appease the RPOF Socialists by dumping on Ron Paul by cutting him out of the your Presidential Poll after he had overwhelmingly won in the first round, failed miserably.

Without a truth, character, and justice becoming part and parcel of the Republican Party, including its bloggers, how much hope do we have.

  • http://none Harris says

    Javier,
You are doing your usual great work and the establishment seems to have a problem with some one who is doing things correctly.
You were treated horribly at your complaint hearding by both the BREC and the RPOF. I still amazes me that they even have the nerve to call themsleves leaders in any sense of the word. They are just followers of Crist, Greer DeNapoli etc. We need leadership not pussy willows.
DeNapoli deserved to be removed just for his outrageous antics of attacking you while Clay Shaw was speaking as the night’s speaker. It was most embarrassing and that alone wanrrented his removal. What he has done beyond that just adds fuel to the fire. The approval of allowing a new club to usurp on my SWBRO(I am Trearurer) is another darn good reason to oust him and the approval of RPOF also says much the same should happen there. It has caused a problem when a person chastiised our secretary for repeatedly solociting memberships when it was the South Browaqrd club doing the harrassing. That is DeNapoli’s club wht his buddy Lowry as Pres. who is the same type as DeNapoli. Their new club is doing so well that their attendance at the last meeting, so I was told was under 10.When Eddie Napolitano was the head of the club(Southeast) in the same area they were packed. Whey not give the new club the same nome to eliminate confusion purposely arranged by you know who as a slap at our great SWBRO.
Manewhile BREC struggles with poor attendance under DeNapoli as many of your mebers(including learders and past chairs) now only attend every 3rd meeting. We are also following that same route generally. We were too ill for the last meeting.
What more reasons are needed to remove DeNapol?

  • American Patriot, Republican & Proud

    Everyone,

Ever since the Tea Party & Constitutional Republican Movement teamed up together and won the Nov 2010 elections, the REC’s and RPOF has been scared to death of us.

The Progressive / RINO movement is on the move in the GOP to discredit, launch massive personal attacks, blackball, and politically take out anyone who does not fall into lock step with the corrupt Political Consultants and Special Interest Groups in the REC’s and RPOF who are making thousands of dollars from our Republican Party donations. These monies are NOT being disclosed to the Florida Election Commission and voters properly.

When you have elected Republican State Committeemen and board members of the REC’s set themselves up to be PAID money to make introductions and are being paid to fund raise for certain campaigns in the Republican primary races, then they MUST disclose this on their web site, to the RPOF, REC and in the blogs they write. There are MASSIVE payments going to all kinds of people. Heck, three of the Tampa Bay Young Republican board members are in fact being paid by a PAC, Consulting firm, or campaign today without disclosure.

These Young Republicans who are elected in leadership roles, REFUSE to disclose who is paying them and for what. However, they are blogging away and posting in Facebook how people should vote with no disclosure that they are receiving money to promote that issue such as the Sun Rail, or a person running for public office.

We cannot clean up DC, if we are all so unwilling to clean up the Clubs, Young Republicans, REC’s and RPOF. Can we all not agree that we need the Sunshine Laws to apply for disclosure and they all MUST openly condemn Progressive Socialism as a first step to remain in office?

We want to clean up DC but we are refusing to clean up our own Party first. This is going to bring our country, government and companies all down. We MUST expose these problems and put a lot of Sunshine on them.

We tried to clean this up behind closed doors for years. THAT has not and will not work. We the People must act now before it is to late. Take action and clean the house. Demand that the above standards are met.

  • Al

. They are irrelevant. I have not trusted tyhem for many years. That is one of the reasond why the Republican party left me. I then became a proud member of the Libertarian party.

  • DywanW.

I hate this happened to you, Javier. It’s amazing though that when you call people out they feel threatened by you and want to close you down, much like that jerk Michael Pinson aka Jolly The Doofus Giant, who has obviously commented on here. If you pander and kiss up to them, there’s no problem but the minute you call them out, you get threatened with cease & desist orders, expulsion etc. I applaud you and hope you keep doing your thing.

  • http://citruscountycitizens.ning.com Edna

I would reconsider Presidency 5. This is important. You cannot let them win. Everyone knows that the majority of the so called Republicans at the ROPF and those elected officials in Tally, are rinos. And rinos only support rinos. I mean, if Jeb Bush wanted to run, they would all trip over themselves to get him elected. How insane is that? That is why I would never vote for a career politician in our State. They are just as bad as the rinos in Washington. We have to clean house in our state too.

  • Chris

It is obvious that this guy Richard DeNapoli is bad news, and is causing damage to the party. Can he be removed?

  • http://www.PoliticalStrategist.org Tim McClellan

Javier, two BREC Meeting ago you accused me of bad mouthing you and then were too much of a coward to say what you think I did. This says a lot about your character. To throw out accusations and then have nothing to back them up with.

Here are some indisputable facts: you have a problem with anyone in power, unless you feel in your own mind that you and your shark tank helped put them in office. What you are doing to Richard DiNapoli is exactly what you did to Chip LaMarca (remember I tried to mediate a truce), and you are still trying to damage him and other good hard working people for the Republican Party. You spend your time writing / videoing essentially the same overly biased blog over and over.

Yet you do not find out valid information on the Democrats, who we must defeat 2012. If we don’t we are in for a rude awakening and the United States as we know it will be gone forever. We will become a Socialist Country, our currency will be useless, Illegal Immigrant will overtake the US, our guns will be confiscated, free speach will be curtailed, this will put us one step closer to a “One World Government”, and the Rights we expect from the Constitution and Bill of Rights will be lost forever.

Perhaps you should go back to cutting lawns; you know, something you are probably good at. In the meantime, do not vent your anger at the people that can identify who is the real problem. People that are bad for the Party, like people that threaten the Republican Party and its events. Who is on the right side here? I am a Delegate for Presidency 5, and I will be there proudly representing the Republican Party.

As or the people that wrote comments backing you, I am appalled that you would take the word of a blogger who has no hesitation to write or say anything, and you believe it and follow him, as if he were the leader of the RPOF or RNC. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. You are clearly people that do not want to know the truth and are unwilling to read reputable information.

Javier, you should consider becoming an Independent, maybe they would like to hear your ranting and raving. The best part is no matter how uninformed and personally opinionated your accusations, they cannot toss you from the party.

The only thing that surprises me is that it did not happen sooner. However, then again, even though you want everyone to think you know everything and everyone you were never a REC Member. You become a member and they throw you out. This speaks volumes.

I had not said anything important about you before since I have better things to do. However, with your actions lately, the people following you should not think the entire Republican Party or individuals of “your” choosing are corrupt. Nor should they take your word for it, since you are not a Journalist and have no Journalistic integrity.

I know you like to get back at people that do not agree with you, but I would strongly suggest you take this, fold it up put it in your pocket and read it before you publish anything. Remember, I am a writer too and will not tolerate any of your childish antics without taking legal or other actions.

My best suggestion to built credibility is to stop trying to damage the Republican Party and work at finding weaknesses in the Democrat candidates and the positives on the Republican candidates and offer a solid blog that will help people when it comes time to vote in November. We have heard this quote before, but this time it has never been truer: “This is the most important election in our lifetime.”

    Govern yourself accordingly,

This coming from a guy who seriously refers to himself as ‘Political Strategist’…lol!! The joke is on you McClellan. As I remember correctly, this ‘coward’ told you to your face that you were an a-hole, remember?

No one in the BREC takes you seriously, so stop letting them use by letting them tell you to post. Or maybe it’s that you are still trying to receive their acceptance by kissing their rear-ends. And nice racist remarks, typical of an ignorant clown like yourself.

When the press is shut out or shut down… it is time to worry. And, when it is your own party doing it, that is double troubling…yes, very, very troubling.
What are RPOF and BREC afraid of from a blogger? Are they just thin skined? Too close to the truth?
A word of caution to RPOF and BREC… Isaiah 2:11 and Luke 14:11.
Shark Tank… I suggest you do what you do best and go forward and cover the political doings and blogt it just as you see it happening. Sharks bite, but then, not if you don’t attract their attention by thrashing about.
The”press” is powerful. Javier…Don’t back away. As has been said before… sunshine disinfects.

I have always thought SHARK TANK should heve been named REPUBLCAN LOVE FEST.

The coverage has not been political records, but flattery and propagana for Republicans. This waisted the people’s fervor and their window for People Ciitizens to run for office and slow down the socialist take over, but that opportunity is lost,we will live with what our minds could never imagine.

  • Rich

Tell you what, some of you folks are really “out there”!!

  • Linda

There are progressive infiltrators to our REC in Central Florida. There is nowhere else for conservatives but to do “a hostile takeover” of the Republican Party, quoting Dick Armey of Freedom Works.
Get to know the individuals in the party and point out their conservatism or lack thereof. After all we are all individuals who will differ on many matters. We need to be deciding on the platform and voting in the caucus and blogging.

Keep up the great work, Javier, and get back in the fight for the party. Don’t let a few people in power in Broward REC run you out of town. Appeal to the next level. And please keep writing about my hero, Allen West, and about the ways to defeat Debbies plans for Nelson and Obama in 2012. You are in the center of that Election battle and we need your voice.

  • yargnad

It’s good to finally see the Democrats resort to the same dirty tactics that have worked for the Republicans.

@James: Dollars will always rule in anything politically related, especially when Conservatives are involved.

  • HP Binkley

Keep up the good work Javier. There are other Fla. REC’s that need to be put under the microscope.

  • BIG PROBLEM: RPOF / REC in Bed with Progressive Democrat Peter Schorsch

Why Are So Many Elected Republicans and REC Leaders financially in Bed with Progressive Democrat Peter Schorsch?

We should be asking why there are so many REC’s in Tampa Bay and Central Florida who are now in bed with Progressive Democrat Peter Schorsh of SaintPetersBlog.com. He has blogged that he hates Conservatives and wants to replacement them with Progressives.

In the meantime, elected leaders of the REC and RPOF allow him to attend Republican VIP events where he gets in for FREE while Conservatives pay $500 min donation to the party. One example? Schorch hates Marco Rubio, the Pinellas County Sheriff, Florida Cabinet Members and Congressman Gus Bilirakis but was allowed into a VIP Reception with them for FREE by the Pinellas REC while Consvatives had to donate $500 to the REC.

    THAT REALLY HAPPENED IN 2011!!!

Peter Schorch also claims to be a “Political Consultant” where Republican Donor monies are being funneled to this guy as he writes positive and negative blogs about Republicans and others.

He also has been through the Criminal court process several times to include for stealing $10,000 from a political campaign. He has been cited by the State of Florida for 40 counts of violations of the State Election Laws with an unpaid fine of over $67,000.

The FDLE is currently investing a statement on his web site citing to Shoot Governor Scott in the Face as he tells everyone that someone else did it on his web site. Everyone knows that Peter approves all comments and posts on SaintPetersBlog.com but yet he claims he has no knowledge about anything until the FDLE calls him.

The Tampa Bay Young Republican board members are 100% defending him and the fact that Republican campaign money has been and is being paid to this guy. Yes, there are Progressives in the GOP.

They are attacking Conservatives while giving Peter Schorch an full pass as they try to cover up what has been going on with donor monies.

So why is the Pinellas County REC and elected leaders all in bed with this guy? Why are they covering up what is going on with his background? Why are RPOF members funneling money to him from the Tampa Bay REC’s and campaigns?

Why are so many State elected leaders in bed with Progressive Democrat Peter Schorch today????

See his long history and many stories at
    AvoidPeterSchorsch.wordpress.com

If you are willing to swim with the sharks you must be willing to get bit once in awhile. Don’t complain when the school you support turns on you.

  • BREC Member

Javier, now the handcuffs are off. REJOICE! And expose them even more!

  • Tim Conway

I agree with BREC member. This is a good thing. Now you have nothing holding you back. Let the feeding frenzy commence.

  • Be a Patriot: Put Country & God before Party

    Javier,

No worries. Speak out and expose these people in BOTH parties. They will not listen to anyone about anything.

The level of corruption and money is off the scale in MANY REC’s across Florida. Team up with the Constitutional Republicans and expose those bloggers, political consultants, State Committeemen, elected Republicans to public office, in the REC, RPOF and Young Republicans who are receiving jobs, favors, and receiving undisclosed compensation. Expose them all. It we do not do this as a single force today, then we will lose the party and our Free American Republic after 2012. We will not win back the White House and Congress with so much corruption in the party. It must be stopped now.

When the Government financially crashes, it will take most of us down with it. The Republican Party leadership cares only about one thing. How to save their own asses and make money as they leave the rest of us hanging out to dry. If we are going to go down, then let us do it politically fighting and remove all of these idiots first.

We cannot clean up DC until we are willing to clean up our own party first. We can no longer afford to tolerate Progressive Socialists, RINOS, and even Traitors to the US Constitution in the Republican Party (or any party).

This is a blessing for you. Break out free and speak your mind today.

  • @ DywanW.: Try Being Professional

    Dywan,

You really should try to debate issues and take a position on things compared to name calling and launching ongoing personal attacks against other Republicans. If you disagree with another Republicans position on a Key issue then present a better solution vs attacking everyone.

You have attacked and posted wild name calling against Marco Rubio, Bill McCollumn, then Rick Scott, Pam Bondi, Jeff Atwater, and many others. Yet, when there are VIP receptions you are the first person begging to get in for free through Deb Cox. These people and even Michael Pinson have done nothing to you. And did not Pinson post an apology to you to try to be humble to you so you would get along with others and posted “God Bless you and your Family” and you then posted calling him a “prick” for doing that? What is wrong with you? Is this what the Tampa Bay Young Republicans represent today? Michael Pinson is RIGHT! People need to shape up or ship out. Many of us read your vulgar comments on Nadia’s Facebook wall. Many donors have already called Deb Cox and others citing that if you cannot act more professional, then they will NOT donate to these events if you are going to get in for free and later post personal attacks against everyone at the event as you have done against so many people in the community.

You are are only 22 years old and still learning. f you are going to attend such events for free as a Young Republican, you need to act a lot more professional. Or, you can write a check to attend these events like the rest of us.

No need to respond back. Just think about the message here.

As a Republican, I often abhor the actions of the RPOF. Actually, I have a hard time when the RNC or NRCC justifies sending some of my contributions to the Senators in Maine or Congressman RINO’s in many of the northern states. We have gone from the ugly Greer-Crist era to a Republican “royalty” that continues in many corners of the Party.
Whether fortunate or not, the marriage of true Conservatives and the Republican Party is at best a “marriage of convenience” because conservatives DO NOT trust royalty and the royalty is “scared to death” of conservatives.
My advice is to support true conservatives candidates such as Marco Rubio, Colonel West, Jim Demint and others who “have had enough”. This is why we do what we do.
Broward County? Didn’t they have a comedy club act there in 2000 called “The Hanging Chads”? Only kidding, but we are at a “critical point” in our nation’s history, a point and a corner which must be turned now, or our next attempt will be twice as hard. Trust someone who has worked in criminal justice in a northern city for over 36 years, half of that in violent crime, that we must stop the insanity quickly, or be consumed by it.
There is little time until the 2012 elections, yet we bicker and backbite each other. I say, STOP IT NOW!
Remember that there are Sheep, there are WOLVES, and there are SHEPHERDS. I despise the WOLVES and I plan on being a Delegate to Presidency 5 because Conservatism, Intelligence, and Principled Beliefs CANNOT be defeated. I choose to be a SHEPHERD. How about you out there?

  • Sean O’Neill

AMEN! It is sad to have to say I am so glad that others are finally calling the RPOF what they are! Dirty, deceiving, lying, egomaniac”s All the local Exec Committee’s listen to not their members but the bidding of the RPOF.

Time for the country to tell both parties good by and vote for the man or woman and their conservatice values – NPA!

  • Sean O’Neill

Tim McClellan, you boast “(Chaired 3 Committees)” – just who do you think cares? And what does that do for you – make you smell more? Do you believe that makes you or your vote any better than the rest of us? You are admittedly a “Political Strategist”- you feel proud enough to list that after your name. Who cares?

Broward County needs to get rid of you as you are no less of the same caliber as some of the candidates you have backed – crooked and in it for the money! You and your friend Everett are evil ,backstabing, lying, RPOF lackies. Ever report the financial pay-offs you got from Rothchild?

I watched and read your actions and written lies through the last campaign, openly trying to destroy candidates just because they were not RPOF backed. You and the party you represent are a disgrace to politics.

  • http://visionsandprinciples.blogspot.com/ InRussetShadows

How charming. Tim, the pretend conservative shows up here and brags about hosting 3 BREC committees and then assumes that journalistic integrity even exists. Yes. A conservative thinks that there is such a thing as journalistic integrity. You are either a liberal, Tim, or you have spent too much time hanging around them that we can’t tell who you are.

Would I show up at Pres 5 if I was invited or something? Sure. I don’t know anything about it, though. *shrugs*

  • Russ

Didn’t his mom start blowing her boyfriend in the backseat of her car, while Richard drove with his ex-girlfriend, while visiting the mom in St. Augustine?

  • fiscal conservative

Javier we had some progressive members in the REC in St Johns County. They controlled the agenda. However they are slowly being replaced by fiscal conservatives. We had the St Johns County State Committee man replaced by a good fiscal conservative. Javier if you give up you lost. On the other hand if you fight back hard you win and the party wins.
